Food; Anxiety; Depression

Food is a key factor in determining your health. This also means that diet and food impacts on your likelihood of developing emotional and psychological illness.

Food issues definitely cause anxiety - and they should. The way we eat in the West is responsible for epidemic levels of diabetes, heart disease, cancer and other chronic conditions such as depression.
